Course Adjustment: Late Registration 1. Requires Deputy Dean's recommendation (with or without penalty)

Course Adjustment: Late Adjustments to Registration 1. Requires Deputy Dean's recommendation (with or without penalty)
2. Recommend to Student Matters Board
Course Adjustment: Additional Courses This request must be made on the SAS not on ASRS.
Refer students to Notice Board, Mrs. Allen or Deputy Dean.
Course Adjustment: Course not for credit 1. Requires Mr. Greens/Deptuy Dean approval.
2. Do approval letter to Student Records Unit copy to Admissions.
Course Adjustment: Course substitution(s) 1. Submit request to relevant department(s) for approval.
2. Contact Admissions or student, depending on decision.
Examinations: Deferral of Sitting Exams 1. Medical Grounds - processed by Mrs. M. Green.
2. For other reasons, if supported by Deputy Dean, recommend to Student
Matters Board.
Examinations: Exams Only (Exams without attending lectures) Requests are given directly to Deputy Dean for processing.
Examinations: Carry-over Course work Requests are given directly to Deputy Dean for processing.
Student Status: Leave of Absence Leave of absence (LOA) requested before and after the deadline date, and for certain reasons are treated diffrently.
Student Status: Exemption(s) Only 1. Submit request to relevant department(s) for approval.
2. Contact Admissions or student, depending on decision.
Student Status: Exemption(s) with Credits Different procedures apply depending on the institutions from which students obtained certification and the courses taken.
Student Status: Waiver of Requirement to Withdraw Requests are given directly to Deputy Dean for processing.
Student Status: Voluntary Withdrawal Requests are given directly to Deputy Dean for processing.
External Affairs: Study at another University - Finalize Degree 1. Submit course outline to the relevant department for assessment and
approval.
2. If approved, recommend to Student Matters Board.
External Affairs: Study at another UWI Campus - Open Campus (formerly UWIDEC) 1. Confirm course(s) offering with Ms. Hanson or UWIDEC office.
2. If offered, recommend to the Student Matters Board.
External Affairs: Study at another University - Participate in Exchange Programme Student to collect application forms at the Outreach Office-Admissions - Ms.Hermine Tyrell.
External Affairs: Study at another UWI Campus - Cave Hill/St. Augustine Also called "Take Course(s) at Another UWI Campus".
Students must submit Mona Campus equivalent courses with request.
Registration: Change of Status Only TLI students can request "Change of Status on this system. Other students must use the SAS.
